Booked and paid for gold car online for just over 30. No added extra insurance. Man at desk asked if we wanted to upgrade to much better car for further 2euros per day. We agreed, only to discover they had added on extra ‘super relax’ insurance without our permission! So we ended up paying the 30 online plus an extra 450 which was charged to our debit card without our permission. Total con, the man at desk would not take no for an answer for upgrade, wore us down for twenty minutes Until we agreed, little did we know that we were being conned for extra insurance that we didn’t want or need.

This company car is bad, i wouldn’t recommend anyone to hire cars from them because they are thief. They dont check their cars when you bring them back to the airport, they tell you if you havent had an accident or something to report then all is fine but after you go and they know you taking the plane they will send you an email saying you scratched the car here and there with fake photos. I had 300 euro taking from my holding deposit for 2 scratches i didn’t even done P.S: You need to check your car inside out guys before you return it and don’t forget to take photos of every corner of the car and wheels too and also you need to insist with the staff to check it while you there with them before you hand the key back
They will do everything to ensure they charge you. I hired 2 vehicles in 2 weeks. The first car was a old banger full of bumps and dents. When I returned it they would not inspect it straight away so I had to leave. 10 minutes later they sent a bill for 200 for a dent that I I definitely did not do. The 2nd vehicle was new and few scratches when I returned it and took an obvious video they then sent me a bill for 6 for over and above mileage which they didnt say when hiring and I cant find on my contract. I have an insurance here soeft the first one with them but never again. Ive been hiring vehicles for 20 years in Spain and never had this experience ...
Scam. I reserved and fully paid a car two weeks ahead. On arrival, the office of the airport had been closed (according to Covid, they said) and the only explanation was that they sent an email informing me of it THE SAME MORNING while I was flying and that I could cancel for free (something my tariff already allowed, by the way). After a few emails with customer service, they stopped replying even on how to make an official complaint, so next steep is to take them to a small claim court not only for the compensation that their T&C express but for the money paid for the reservation (which still haven't received). Stay away from this company
Scammers do not use, refused to allow me to use my visa dr for deposit even tho contract said it was accepted. AVOID!!!!!!! Do your research. Avoid Centauro, they talked my sister to tears trying to rip her off.
