Jose is one of the most competent and kind person i ever met. He spent with me an unreasonable amount of hours in order to find the best solution for me and to make me fully understand everything he was saying. He have been using drawing and simple words to en light a world completely unknown to me. My problem became also his problem. I bought at the end a solar panel perfect for my needs: the perfect amount of liters, the perfect cost. It works perfectly and the quality is top shelf. Easy to build and to use. Jose have been supporting me also after i bought the equipment, when i had doubts or questions. That is the best customer service i have received. I felt very safe in my purchase and i recommend the service to everyone.
