I had amazing care and fully believe the staff at this hospital saved my life. Even tho I am not a Spanish citizen and do not speak Spanish, I was treated with respect and urgency. I’m embarrassed that I caused so much communication difficulty the hospital staff had to overcome in treating me. Everyone was wonderful.

Had a family member there for a week after falling very ill on vacation. Was impressed by quality, professionalism and friendliness of staff, doctors and nurses alike. Doctors did an incredible diagnostic job in the emergency, using most modern equipment. Sure, they are overworked, but that did not affect their care at all. I admired them for it! Try to find This in an NHS or Dutch public hospital!
With being a patient here. I do believe in humanity. I haven't got words nice or thank full enough to say to all the Doctors and stuff. For how they've treated me. Thanks to everyone in burnt department. Thank you
Service in this hospital is absolutely nonexistent. Find it hard to believe that these people studied to become doctors, nurses etc to help people, when they treat you like they do. Have never been spoken to so rudely in my entire life or met such a bunch of disorganised people. Have since changed hospitals to IMED elche who I can totally recommend, very professional and friendly. However, this hospital I wouldn't go back to if my life totally depended on it. How this place has any reviews above 1 star is beyond me. Could hear them saying horrible things about me and other patients outside the door of the room I was in. When I didnt understand something they shouted at me. I apparently had two appointments, however, they only told me about one (which I have the print outs for to prove still) so, when I went back for the only appointment they informed me of, I was again shouted at by every single doctor and nurse who seen me, because I never turned up for my other appointment, which i apparently had, even though it was the receptionist who never informed me of any other appointment. Was honestly made to feel degraded and miserable after coming here. Let's not also forget the fact they couldn't even diagnose me properly because they had absolutely no idea what they were doing. My list of complaints is absolutely endless. Amazed these people have jobs at all, but especially at a hospital. AVOID!
