There is a good cafetería in the first floor. Very clean and good staff. Only problem like most places,is the toilets. They never check to see if there is toilet paper. I know there is one toilet down stairs .and two areas upstairs. So keep your serviettes handy

I was able to call this bus station and speak to a friendly voice that gave me all the information I needed ahead of my trip and saved me a wasted journey. This is a lost world in the UK, where I would call and if I was lucky speak to someone in the Philipines or South Africa that would not know what I was on about or give me in information I wanted after being made to wait for half an hour to a recorded message telling me to go to the webinar that also did not have the info I needed. I have to throw in the caveat that I never bark at people in English when I'm in Spain, so I would not recommend calling this station from the UK to jabber at them in English, because you won't have a good time. Though I did not use the station then I have before to coach into and out of Alicante. There are not many services there, but it is well run and clean. Announcements in Valenci first and then in Castilian. Taxi ranks is not always full, but you don't have to wait long, C-6 bus to and from the airport stops there, as do other buses, train station is a medium walk up the road if you don't have much luggage.

All in all it's one of the better bus stations. Basically you can just about get anywhere in Spain from here. There is a help desk on the ground floor. A lift or stairs takes you to floor one were you can buy your coach ticket and get a coffee beer or a bite to eat from the cafe. Not to many seats so be prepared for a wait or eat and drink standing up.
