Judge for yourself. Bouaught lavaza pressure washer using their online site (click and collect,). Delivery to aki tortosa guaranteed 48hrs. After 3 trips to store goods finally showed up after 12 days. Got product home and spent 2hrs assembling which in the flesh is a cheap and nasty product. 170!!. On switch on the hose connector to the machine split. I subed with a quality replacement. 10 minuets into job pressure hose split from inside out. Machine now useless. Back to Aki. Slogan upto 100 days to return purchases. Apparently does not apply to online purchase. Asked to pay more and upgrade to bettrr product. Answer. No, because it was not baught in store. They took machine to send away for repair. That was 3 weeks ago. When asked they do not know when it will come back. Result they have had my money for 5 weeks. I had the benefit of their cheap rubbish for 3 hours. They cannot tell, or find out when it will come back. Buyer beware. Marketing is not a promise.
This is last Aki Bricolaje in Tortosa I found. But I fear they are taken over by Leroy Merlin soon. I usually go there to shop . We cannot have everything \u200d️.

This Tortosa branch has stocked little bit of everything but hasn't got much ranges of products. For example, limited of some design for skirting boards or wall painted doesn't have all colour as they display on their catalogue. So, I had to drive to the closet Aki in Vinaros to get it. Some tools here is much cheaper than England but some other item as rugs, curtains can be pricey. I would give Aki Tortosa for 3.5 stars.
