Excellent Internship experience at AICAD Business school! I not only worked in a healthy and supportive working atmosphere, but also was given the chance to grow and develop as a professional. As an intern, I was excellently supervised and guided, however never had the feeling of micromanagement. I was able to work on the tasks on my own (which is the best way to get new skills and knowledge) and felt free to ask for assistance whenever needed. All team members were always encouraged to share their ideas and suggestion, giving a huge room for creativity and motivation. In short, it was an amazing experience of working with professionals, investing in my professional development and enjoying the working hours!!!
