I ordered in 25/11 and still waiting for shipping. I tried contact via order message, e-mail, phone, facebook and no anwser at all. My order is on backorder and its impossible to contact anybody to know when they will send all the stuff. *** UPDATE *** The first time that I got contact thru Google review, for my surprise I received an order cancelation message. I didn't want it. Only I was trying to know the real order status. The store solution is cancel an order instead of explain what is going on how they did right now? No professional attitude. *** UPDATE 2 *** Now, after order cancellation, I ordered again and Aeroteca staff replied quickly saying that all itens are ready except one of them that will arrive from supplier in a few days. If I have had an answer from the first contact 40 days ago, it would have avoided this review. But I think now the staff will reply all customer questions.

El meu fill ha fet un simulacre de vol amb l'OVO i ha quedat encantat!
Desde hace tiempo soy alumno de las clases de simulación de vuelo y cuando nos notificaron que se trasladaban me dio mucha pena pero tengo que decir que después de haber visto la nueva ubicación que el cambio ha sido para mejor . El simulador del Boeing 737 lo han reconstruido casi por completo dándole a la cabina de pasajeros un toque de lo más realista con sus ventanas que puedes ver por donde estas volando y no digo la mejora que han hecho con las pantallas que tienes una visión de 180 grados y al ser de 4K la resolución es tan buena que tienes la sensación de estar realmente volando Os lo recomiendo es toda una experiencia y no estáis solos, que sepáis que os acompaña un instructor que en todo momento te guía y para los aficionados a volar con hélices han reconstruido del beechcraft 1900 con pantallas más grandes y muchas mejoras en su interior Tenéis que visitar la Aeroteca no os va ha defraudar
Jo he fet una comanda a domicili. Només em queixo que el transport que ho fa mrw, si en aquell moment has sortit un moment, ni et truquen ni et deixen paper i com ho vull pel cap de setmana, a mes a mes de pagar crec que 6 euros he d’anar a buscarlo Crec que val mes fer una trucada que tenir que tornar altre dia. Pedí un libro hace algo más de 3 años, lo pagué y aún sigo esperando a que me llegue. El primer año me dijeron que estaban esperando a que se imprimiese una nueva tirada de ese libro. Durante estos años he visto el libro en otras tiendas pero ya que lo había pagado decidí esperar. Después de tres años sigo esperando. Les pido la devolución del importe.
