Warm and cozy place with professional and nice staff. We ordered fried prawns, served with 3 different types of sauce: it was really delicious! Then octopus "gallega" was astonishing for the balance of tastes of octopus, melted cheese and paprika. We ended with the desert, aware that score could only get worse, but it didn't!

I found this place because of the reviews. Definitely worth the visit! Interesting, flavorful food cooked to perfection (possibly the best pulpo i have had in Spain!). I had the "surprise" menu for just over 30. 3 starters and 3 small mains plus dessert and coffee. Far too much food for one person (made the mistake of eating too much bread before the meal, because even the bread was fantastic!), and by the end i was getting picky about what parts of the dishes I wanted to eat. I arrived early (Google said they open at 8 but they don't open until 8:30). They invited me to sit inside with a drink until they opened... But then started to serve me anyway! :-) The server was very pleasant, explained every dish to me, and was very attentive (when though she was going through the process of opening the restaurant!). It was so good, I might go back again, even on this small vacation!
Delicious food and big portions ! Staff is very nice
I spent there wonderful time. Very delicious food.
The food was fresh and very tasty, with a delicate presentation. Nice little treat after lunch with their Liquor de Cafe! The place and decoration are lovely, very nice atmosphere.
To ve honest waiting for the menu looking around I was sure it's another old fashioned disappointing Spanish restaurant. The food was delicious. If you happen to get anywhere close, you must try!!!
This place is a bit pricey but worth it. Besides the items in the menu, they had specials. The staff took care of us and recommend dishes and portions. Galician quality and quantity. This is almost fine cuisine. Outstanding flavors and produce. The decoration was quite local and charming. I recommend booking to ensure you have a spot.
One of the best places to have a good meal in A Coruña. We've eaten here many times and the food is always consistently amazing. We always go for the bacalao and the solomillo as they never disappoint, and their specials are always good. The maître d' is efficient and warm, and the wait staff are always polite and attentive without being disruptive.
