Great service and great price. Car was ready for me to pick up and it took only 5 minutes to drive it away. Drop off was simple and car was clean and tidy

I booked about one month in advance and made the payment via bank transfer the day after but never received a feedback. Even though I sent 4 emails asking for that and never had one single reply. When I arrived finally my booking - of course - was not to be found as the central office stated by phone that I didn't pay for that... Luckily I had all the documentation from the bank and the lady at the office in Cala Tarida was very kind and polite, she asked us to wait and felt sorry for the matter. While we were waiting she gave us good hints on the most beautiful places and small towns in Ibiza. After one hour the payment was finally found and everything went well. Above this inconvenient, the scooter was ok, the office is central and they have a lot of scooters, motorcicles and squads at a reasonable price.

The car I booked was not ready, neither available and nor could be transfer to the location I was picking up from. Baby car seats very dirty. If you don't want part of your holidays ruined, please avoid. If you want anything that moves you then use it...

Unsafe!!! We have rented an ATV vehicle. After we got them and drove them around, we realized that they were unsafe. Breaks were very week and sometimes unresponsive and tires were all warned out and wobbly. When we said that upon return, the clerk just nodded her shoulders like saying “oh well, it is what it is”, no slice sign of concern or surprise! We also received half full tank and were told to go to the gas station first to fill it up. When we returned it, it was still almost full and they didn’t want to reimburse us for returning it full, but they told us to fill it up. I do not recommend this place as the price was too high for a day for ATV (4 times higher than the car rental) and the vehicle was not inspected and not delivered safe to us!!
