I VISITED THIS STORE A FEW DAYS AGO AND TOTALLY LOVED IT! CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT AND THE STORE MANAGER WAS VERY HELPFUL WITH EVERYTHING. WE GOT OURSELVES PERFUMES, REALLY COOL SNEAKERS AND TSHIRTS. WHEN IN TENERIFE, I'D SAY ITS A MUST VISIT :)

We bought EA7 jumpsuit there, when we come back to hotel it turned out that it had decoloration. We went to shop again to exchange the jumpsuit to another one. We had to wait about 1,5 h for manager who accused us of damaging it willingly and didn't accept our claim. The quality of this jumpsuit was so poor that I suspect that the store is selling fake stuff or damaged. If you want to buy something you have to look at that thing very carefully because it can turns out damaged. Also half of the staff don't speak English so it is very hard to explain anything. If I could I would never buy here again. BEWARE OF THIS SHOP.

Sometimes you can have a good deal depending on the worker and sometimes you feel pushed by them. We recommend the Spanish workers. We buy stuff there every visit for many years now.

Today I bought the sport jacket for my doughter. It was very quick decision and we didn't explore this cloth very carefully specially it was made by EA7. We have A lot of clothes from this brand and they have been high quality. When we back hotel we noticed that there are some little light dots in the front of jacket, near the zip. We was sure that it would be no problem and the shop exchange us this defectiv thing - it is normal in all good shops all over the world. Unfortunatelly not here. At first we have to wait about two hours for the shop manager - only one seler in shop spoke English quite good but he can't took any decision without manager as he was afraid of loosing his job. When manager appeared in shop, at least, he told us as he can't accept our complain as we had to do this dots ourself. He has no evidences for it - only words of his employers that the jacket was sold in very good condition - it is word against the word. It is really funny when employers afraids of their job and they say manager everything he wants. It is really cringe situation as Emporio always has high quality cloths and I can suspect that this shop sell low quality fakes. I am really disappointed. If You don't want to spoil Your holidays don't do shopping in 5th Avenue

I have got myself a Carolina Herrera 212 eau de toilette 200ml for 65 which I have thought had a good deal on comparing to EU mainland prices amd of course it turned out to be a fake parfume. I havent unpacked it until I arrived back home unfortunately. Definitely dont buy any perfume, or thats what happened to me.

Giving 1 star as we didn't feel welcomed in the shop by stuck up, ignorant staff. We were looking at perfume shops in the area to compare prices as you do, came across 5th Avenue so went in for a browse and were immediately followed about with staff pretending to fix shelves that had nothing wrong with them while watching us. We eventually went to look at separate items 1 member of staff called to another and pointed at my girlfriend as if to say "watch her" so he did and followed her while the other followed me around. A member of staff hovering around each of us and never asked us once if we needed assistance. We felt very uncomfortable and left having only looked at some of the perfumes on display. We went to Fund Grube which was a few doors down and the staff were so friendly and welcoming and actually let us browse and assisted you.
